COVID-19 MAY CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS WITH OUR CARRIERS. WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS.

​Orders will be shipped 7-10 days after purchase date unless it was a pre-order item, which then it will ship on the pre-order date listed on the product description. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer in our control.​ If your order is lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please first reach out to the shipping carrier.  

If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email shop@howdoyouwearthat.com with your order number. 

Item can be returned within 15 days, unworn & unwashed for a full refund. After 15 days, item can be exchanged for store credit​ ONLY if item is unworn and unwashed​.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please reach out to shop@howdoyouwearthat.com to simply return the original item for a refund or store credit. If we are unable to satisfy your exchange request, you can make a return for a full refund. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.

 If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
